Early Childhood Educator for Independent Learning

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to lead a mixed-age class of toddler children in a Montessori environment.
In this role, you will create a beautiful and orderly learning space that fosters trust, exploration, deep learning, and independence. You will cultivate independence and self-confidence by helping children 'do it all by themselves' and provide lessons to encourage practical life skills, language, and grace and courtesy.
The ideal candidate has experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting and is familiar with child-led philosophies such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori. A Bachelor's Degree in any subject is required, and a strong interest in pursuing certified Montessori training is preferred.
