Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Combination Bartender to join our team at The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort Waikiki. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, tables, and storage areas.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to ensure seamless service.
  • Process all payment methods and manage cash handling responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
