Key Responsibilities:- Successfully sell Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers, leveraging compelling offers and influencing customer decision-making.
- Assess each customer's needs and provide the best value.
- Demonstrate resilience and focus on larger goals, bouncing back from challenges.
- Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods, and look to advance as a sales contributor.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Document customer information, including demographic and billing details.
- Provide excellent customer service, listening to customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

CompensationStart with a base pay of $15.75/hour, plus uncapped commission. Target compensation is $64,000/year, with the potential to earn significantly more based on performance. Top performers make well over six figures annually, and you'll have the opportunity to promote two levels within your first year with commensurate title and hourly pay increase.
