As a key member of our delivery team, you will assist in unloading and checking the quality of products at customer locations. This role requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
Responsibilities
Unload and check the quality of products at customer locations
Rotate and check the quality of produce
Drive to different locations to assist drivers with deliveries
Call in when a customer does not receive their entire order (shorts)
Handle customer complaints professionally
Handle company equipment properly and follow written driver safety rules
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Handcart and electric pallet jack experience
Proven ability to communicate articulately and perform simple arithmetic
Knowledge of product delivery schedule
Ability to work in a cold warehouse environment and extreme weather conditions
