Maintenance Supervisor IV

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supervising maintenance operations at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice's Ramsey Unit/Rosharon facility. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance teams, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and coordinate with other departments to achieve facility goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address facility needs
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, facilities management)
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
