Job Description
A Staff Pharmacist plays a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine care for our patients. As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. Your primary responsibilities include patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management. You will also lead with heart, display empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. Additionally, you will motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize their strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have an active pharmacy license in the state where you are employed, not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List, and hold immunization certification through an accredited organization. A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree is preferred. You must also be free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
