Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all promotional initiatives during home events.
  • Assist in the organization and upkeep of promotional materials for the Game Operations and Promotions team.
  • Help distribute promotional items during event days.
  • Contribute to the execution of engaging promotions, including interactive fan activities.
  • Assist with operational tasks related to audiovisual displays and event signage.
  • Participate in all planning meetings regarding game-day promotions.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Game Operations and Promotions Director.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable engaging with large audiences and possessing a friendly demeanor.
  • Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong time management skills and punctuality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Familiarity with hockey and an understanding of AEG's operations.
  • Willingness to lift items up to 50 lbs. for event setup and breakdown.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasionally on holidays.
