Job Description:
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant Floater to join our team in Thousand Oaks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leasing properties, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
  • Tour properties, answer questions, and showcase community amenities
  • Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth move-in and move-out process

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in leasing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid CA Driver's license

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
