As a Steward, your primary responsibility will be to manage the transportation and sanitation of kitchen utensils and dining ware, contributing to our commitment to exceptional guest experiences. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas before, during, and after service hours.
• Performing sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors.
• Cleaning all pots, pans, and trays.
• Sanitizing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat racks.
• Disposing of trash and empty boxes in designated areas.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior experience in a stewarding role is advantageous.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a positive attitude and an engaging personality.
• Strong teamwork abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
