Job Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. This role is based in an office near Folsom, CA.

The primary responsibilities for this position include:

  • Cash posting from the lock box report
  • Cash reconciliations and analysis of short pays
  • Reviewing billing and client contracts with sales
  • AR reconciliations
  • Emailing out bills to clients as requested

Requirements for the role include:

  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • QuickBooks Desktop highly preferred
  • 2 years of AR experience
  • Excel intermediate
