Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled PET/CT & Nuclear Medicine Manager to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. as a Senior Leadership Position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Nuclear Medicine Technicians and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine, with a postgraduate qualification or equivalent.
- ARRT license required, with NMTCB certification accepted if ARRT (R) certified.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to read, understand, and follow English instructions.
- Superior knowledge of Nuclear Medicine procedures and techniques, with experience in SPECT/CT, PET/CT, and Nuclear Pharmacy.
- BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent, with postgraduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine or PET/CT.
- Experience working with a team of Technicians, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
