Overview: MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is in search of a committed and skilled Full-Time CT Imaging Technologist to become part of a respected healthcare team in South Vermont. In this role, you will be tasked with conducting standard radiographic examinations. Your contributions will be essential in the diagnostic workflow, ensuring exceptional imaging quality and patient support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct CT imaging and other specialized radiological procedures as directed by physicians and established protocols.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during the imaging process, providing clear guidance and addressing any inquiries.
  • Accurately position patients and implement appropriate radiation safety measures to reduce exposure.
  • Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assess CT images for quality, clarity, and precision, documenting results and ensuring prompt reporting.
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare professionals to review images and support patient diagnosis.
  • Maintain precise patient records and protect the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Comply with regulatory standards, quality assurance procedures, and departmental guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • ARRT (R) board certification OR eligibility to take the ARRT (CT) exam or board certification is required.
  • Prior clinical radiology experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
  • ARRT (CT) registration must be obtained within 2 years of employment.
  • A valid Vermont State Office of Professional Regulation Radiography license is required.
  • BLS Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
