About the RoleThis position requires a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide care to patients in our Cardiothoracic ICU. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and support the needs of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and manage patient flow in the Cardiothoracic ICU
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in on-call status and may be required to float to other units
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
- Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire required
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstration of core competencies will be completed within 90 days
- Completion of unit specific competencies within 12 months
