Job Description

Benchmark Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer II - Electronics Manufacturing Lead to join our team in Rochester, Minnesota. This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead manufacturing activities for assigned products through prototype, pilot, and production phases.
  • Oversee the implementation of customer documentation changes and internal change orders.
  • Participate in new customer development and new business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4-year Engineering or Technical degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of electronics manufacturing experience.
  • Lean Sigma Greenbelt certification.
  • Familiarity with advanced technologies and applications.
