Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Miller Family Restaurants. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads and pastries for our customers.

• Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Bake a range of breads, desserts, and pastries to meet customer demand.
• Prepare custom orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

• Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
• Previous experience decorating cakes is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Availability for early morning shifts.
