Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing and current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the state of Arkansas.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Working Conditions:
The LPN will work in a hospital setting, with frequent exposure to malodorous, infectious body fluids, and some minimal exposure to noxious smells from cleansing agents. The position requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to maneuver throughout the hospital.
