Maintenance Associate Role at Genesis Health Clubs

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Associate to join our team at Genesis Health Clubs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property of the Club, ensuring all building operations are in line with standards and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily property inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Perform regular and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the Club's facilities are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Utilize HVAC experience to troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Apply knowledge of construction trades and mechanical repair to address any maintenance-related issues.
