About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Sonographer Leader to join our diagnostic echocardiography team at Adams County Memorial Hospital. In this exciting role, you will lead by example, utilizing your expertise to train and mentor junior staff members, while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety are met.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in emergency situations. Your technical skills, knowledge of cardiac anatomy, and experience working with cardiovascular ultrasound equipment will be invaluable in this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the diagnostic echocardiography team, providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Certified Cardiovascular Sonographer (CCS).
  • Completion of an approved ultrasound training program.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.

Compensation:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, including benefits and a comprehensive compensation package.
