Job Summary

First Connect Health is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Consultant to join our team. As a Nurse Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing expert clinical guidance and support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to healthcare professionals on patient care and treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices and protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Conduct clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and developments in the field of nursing.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Minnesota.
  • AHA BLS certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in home care, mental health, community-based nursing, skilled nursing facility, public health, visiting nursing, and/or private duty nursing.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with underserved populations, such as those on the Medicaid waiver program or other socio-economically challenged populations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BLS certification.
