We are seeking a Critical Care Nurse to join our team in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide direct patient care on a critical care step-down level, working with cardiac, vascular, and procedural patients with complex lines, drains, and airways.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and regional averages. Our hospital offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career, and retirement of our colleagues.

Job Description:

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate using computerized documentation systems.
  • Instruct and educate patients and family members.
  • Coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required.
  • PCCN Certification preferred.
