Accelerating Business Growth with Innovative Strategies

Salesforce is looking for a seasoned Sales Leader to drive growth, build high-performing sales teams, and unlock customer potential. As Regional Vice President of Sales, you will develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets.

This exciting role requires a strong technical background, deep knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, and proven experience in leading and scaling sales teams. You will work closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and other Salesforce teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution across the business.

The successful candidate has a consistent track record in leading high-performance sales teams, exceeding sales goals within the context of highly technical sales, and experience selling to Enterprise customers. They will possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills, a history of consistently surpassing sales targets, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, driving growth and expansion within the Agentforce business.
  • Build and lead high-performing sales teams, attracting top talent and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer partners, aligning on long-term strategies and growth opportunities.
