  • Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.
  • Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve peak performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement effective solutions.
  • Continuously monitor all production processes and make necessary adjustments to improve productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals align with the overall company objectives.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Report on key production metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with production scheduling and managing line changeovers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading and motivating teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to staff at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • The ability to work the second shift and additional hours as needed.
  • A degree in a related field such as Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
