General Requirements:
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Adheres to all policies and standards.
- For specific responsibilities, refer to documentation provided during orientation.
- Must comply with all regulations to securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients.
- Experience and Knowledge:
- 1-2 years of clinical experience is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent organizational abilities and work ethic.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with patients and customers.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and integrity.
- Familiarity with current technology and equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies.
- Proficient in PC and computer applications.
- Certification in a specialty clinical area or leadership is required within two years of hire.
- BLS certification is required; ALS & PALS may be necessary based on departmental requirements.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing and walking.

- Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
