Qualifications
  • Experience and Knowledge:
    • 1-2 years of clinical experience is required.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent organizational abilities and work ethic.
    Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge:
    • Professional demeanor when interacting with patients and customers.
    • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and integrity.
    • Familiarity with current technology and equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies.
    • Proficient in PC and computer applications.
    Education: · An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a Master in Nursing (MN) from an accredited program must be obtained within two years of hire.
Required Credentials, License, and/or Certifications: · Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in the state of Ohio.
  • Certification in a specialty clinical area or leadership is required within two years of hire.
  • BLS certification is required; ALS & PALS may be necessary based on departmental requirements.

Physical Requirements:
