Healthcare Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team at Providence Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Mercy Fitzgerald, a leading provider of post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation center and knowledge of medical terms. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

• Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
• Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including scheduling appointments and managing medical records
• Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes
