About the Opportunity

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Nurse Coordinator to join their ambulatory Pediatric Hematology Oncology and Medical Infusion team. As a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, you will provide direct patient care, including administering chemotherapy, biologics, medical infusion, and nursing during care medical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care, including triage, phone triage, and in-basket messaging.
  • Clinic Flow Management: Monitor and maintain clinic flow during provider clinic sessions, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and administrative leadership to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency.
  • Nursing Team Development: Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures, as well as support the clinical and professional development of the nursing team.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program required; Bachelors degree, master's degree in nursing, required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years pediatric oncology nursing experience required; formal nurse leader or equivalent level of experience considered.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current licensure as a CNS/NPS in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred.
