We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Consolidate, track, trend, and report on operational data from multiple data points to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reports and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision making.
- Provide tools and insights to operations management and process managers to detect problem areas in real-time and take timely action to address them.
- Design and implement reporting systems to support operational excellence, including ensuring reporting consistency and standardized formatting.
- Review and enhance reporting and process improvements to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management and distribution systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, and Project.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong documentation and control skills, with a focus on continuous process improvement and successful project completion.
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Solid organizational and analytical capabilities.
