About the Role
ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Physical Therapist to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. As a key member of our outpatient team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist with excellent clinical skills and a passion for working with patients. The successful candidate will have experience in diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing effective treatment plans. Additionally, they will be able to teach patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques, provide stimulation or massage to promote healing, and assist patients with the use of equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop tailored treatment plans for patients
- Teach patients how to use therapeutic exercises effectively
- Provide stimulation or massage to aid in healing
- Assist patients with the use of equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the United States
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
