We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join our team at Diedre Moire Corporation. As a key member of our corporate law team, you will be responsible for providing expert support in the development and underwriting of insurance policies that protect clients from merger and acquisition risks.

• Assessing merger and acquisition deal risks
• Optimizing risk management and coverage strategies
• Minimizing impacts of unforeseen circumstances
• Supporting claims team in review, negotiation, and settlements

• 5-10 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law, and Taxation
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, risk management, and insurance underwriting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
