Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Health First. This role is responsible for providing quality patient care, promoting a culture of safety, and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible experience.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to demonstrate leadership skills. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as coordinating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, focusing on cultural, spiritual, and age-specific needs.
  • Demonstrate effective medication administration, delegation, and supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Utilize electronic health records to document patient care and progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary plan development, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
  • AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card required.
  • Certifications as required by specific unit.
  • Ability to speak and understand written and verbal instructions in English.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with patients and families at various ages and levels of understanding. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize tasks, think critically, and respond appropriately to life-threatening situations.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
