We need a seasoned mechanical engineer with project management experience to manage our projects efficiently. As a senior mechanical project manager, you'll lead the engineering team in designing and implementing projects for various industries, including healthcare, science, and technology.

You'll work closely with engineers and designers to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Additionally, you'll leverage your knowledge of HVAC, Control Systems, Plumbing, and Fire Protection engineering services to drive project success.

In This Role, You Will

  1. Supervise project management activities to achieve successful project outcomes
  2. Craft creative solutions to tackle challenging problems involving multiple disciplines and cutting-edge analytical tools
  3. Effectively coordinate the efforts of project team members to boost overall performance
  4. Peer-review colleague's work, promoting accountability throughout the organization
  5. Address routine concerns associated with conflicting or missing information
  6. Collect and analyze critical data during site visits
  7. Deliver detailed tenders for plant equipment, fabrication, and construction
  8. Masterfully interpret Revit models, working collaboratively with junior staff to produce outstanding project materials

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering
  • Substantial experience steering projects through each phase, leveraging comprehensive HVAC, Control Systems, Plumbing, and Fire Protection engineering services
  • Finesse in establishing lasting relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Outstanding understanding of industry-standard Autodesk tools (Revit, Navisworks)
  • Proven track record of achievement in roles demanding people management and communication skills
  • Advantageous to possess PE certification

Compensation Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per annum
