Job Title: Fitness Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Director to join our team at Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized fitness programs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for fitness, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.

You will be working closely with clients to assess their fitness levels, develop personalized training plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance. Your goal will be to help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals, while also ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their fitness journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customized fitness programs for clients.
  • Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels.
  • Create personalized training plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their fitness journey.
  • Ensure clients' safety and comfort during workouts.
