Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive healthcare services to a diverse patient population. This role is essential in delivering high-quality medical care in a community health setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary care services under the guidance of the Chief Medical Officer.
- Provide patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic environment.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service, compassion, and integrity in all patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary structure with a maximum of $235,000.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree.
- Valid medical license to practice in Texas.
- Strong understanding of medical principles and practices relevant to internal medicine.
- Board eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine; board certification is preferred.
- Current DEA and DPS registration, along with necessary certifications for practice in Texas.
- Completion of CPR certification (level C).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Professional Development:
- Maintain board certification and complete all required continuing medical education (CME) as mandated by the Texas Medical Board and specialty board.
