About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Consultant to join our team at Access Services. As a key member of our ABA Services team, you will work closely with children, youth, and young adults, as well as their families and care providers, to provide comprehensive behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify target behaviors and replacement behaviors, and develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) to support skill acquisition and behavioral change.
  • Consult with families and care providers to address behavior presentation, skill acquisition, concerns, and successes.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to ensure individuals being served are meeting their goals.
  • Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians as needed and develop robust discharge plans to support individuals and families in maintaining behavioral changes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist/Behavior Specialist Licensure (LBS/BSL) required.
  • 1+ years of post-Master's experience providing ABA services under supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
