Job Summary
The Zone Specialist is responsible for assisting customers and maintaining store appearance. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent service.
- Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion.
- Assist with training new Zone Specialists.
- Be knowledgeable of all promotions and advertisements to ensure customer questions can be answered.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the overall store.
Requirements
- Minimum of six months' retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
