Soldering Technician

Job Description
This Soldering Technician position involves performing assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts into repetitive and non-complex units or subassemblies.
- Utilize hand tools and soldering iron to assemble parts.
- Prepare and assemble PC boards, dispense adhesives, and utilize various tools.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards, following safety, security, and ESD policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in solder/complex assembly.
- Ability to run automatic soldering equipment and determine if product meets quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize projects.
- Basic mechanical and good soldering skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow assembly instructions.
Compensation and Benefits
- $42,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
