Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in organizational psychology, with a focus on workforce health and well-being, leadership, motivation, selection, teams, diversity and inclusion, work redesign, workforce development, and data science applications to the workplace.
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational psychology, including research methods, statistics, and theoretical foundations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong research program, with a focus on securing external funding and publishing in top-tier journals.
  • Contribute to the department's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, through teaching, research, and service.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in psychology or a related field, with a focus on organizational psychology.
  • Experience in a faculty position, with a strong record of research and teaching.
  • Strong record of research in content areas listed above.
  • Applying for and success in obtaining extramural funding.
  • Excellence in teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching, research, and service.
