Northridge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. As an LPN, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide high-quality care to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with the aging population, excellent communication skills, and great customer service skills. If you are a new graduate or experienced LPN looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to administer medication, monitor vital signs, and provide support and guidance to nursing assistants. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, promoting their dignity, and delivering exceptional care.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience
- Shift differentials: $2.00 per hour for PM and NOC shifts

Requirements:
- Active WI License Practical Nurse (LPN) license
