Job Title: Sales Processor
Clayton Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a leading provider of affordable housing. As a Sales Processor, you will play a critical role in creating a world-class home buying experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple parties to ensure a smooth transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to provide exceptional service.
- Coordinate the home buying process, ensuring all parties are informed and up-to-date.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Manage customer files, ensuring accuracy and transparency throughout the process.
- Assist in pre-close reviews and closings as approved by the HC Manager.
- Prepare the Retail company's portion of the Closing Package.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team and manager on deals in process.
- Manage all steps in the retail process leading to funding for each customer.
- Protect company assets by maintaining a high level of integrity and complying with legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work with multiple parties to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy throughout the process.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to excel in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
