Job Details

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Eden Prairie, MN.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment as needed
