Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a warm and supportive atmosphere that encourages cognitive, social, and physical development in children aged infants to preschool level.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents and guardians to understand and meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized childcare space, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
  • Supervise children during meals, playtime, and rest periods, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Provide positive guidance and support, resolving conflicts with patience and respect.
  • Communicate clearly and positively with parents, conveying progress, concerns, and achievements.
  • Implement proper hygiene practices, including diaper changing, toilet assistance, and handwashing routines.
  • Remain attentive and responsive to children's needs and health concerns, seeking medical attention when necessary.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
