  • Design, develop, document, test, and troubleshoot both new and existing software systems and/or applications for commercial use or large-scale proprietary software for internal operations.

  • Act as a technical authority on development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes site objectives by analyzing user requirements; visualizing system features and functionalities.
  • Designs and develops user interfaces for internet/intranet applications by prioritizing expectations and features throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Determines design methodologies and toolsets; completes programming using various languages and software products.
  • Designs and executes tests.
  • Creates multimedia applications utilizing authoring tools.
  • Completes application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team discussions.
  • Troubleshoots development and production issues across multiple environments and operating systems.
  • Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
Required Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
  • Proficient in Object-Oriented analysis and design utilizing common design patterns.
  • Deep understanding of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
  • Experience with the Spring Framework.
  • Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC) Java J2EE; Hibernate.
