Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to assist our Retail Store Manager in operating a clean, safe, and profitable retail convenience store. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
2. Develop and implement plans to increase sales and improve profitability.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels and employee performance.
5. Work closely with the Retail Store Manager to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in retail operations or management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
