We are seeking a highly skilled Handyman to join our team at Anerrows LLC. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in drywall installation and repair, framing, painting, and plumbing.

• Collect work orders from the vendor manager in a timely manner
• Travel to job sites on schedule
• Communicate effectively with facility clients and the office vendor manager
• Perform drywall installation and repair
• Carry out framing installation and repair
• Complete painting tasks, including surface preparation, painting, and finishing
• Handle plumbing tasks, including pipe installation and repair
• Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and report them to the office vendor manager
• Develop and implement maintenance plans on schedule
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

• Valid driver's license
• Relevant certifications (preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 50 miles
• Proven experience as a Handyman
• Proficiency in drywall, framing, painting, and plumbing
• Ability to operate hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$20 - $60 per hour (depending on experience and expertise)
