Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Nurse
**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Select Medical's Critical Illness Recovery Hospital. As a Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and clinical treatment to chronically and critically ill or post-ICU patients who require extended hospital care.
**Responsibilities**
* Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit and provide timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
* Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry, and ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
* Competence in Rapid Response and code events, and promote continuous quality improvement.
* Instruct and counsel patients/families, and provide exceptional patient care experience.
**Qualifications**
* Valid State RN License is required.
* BLS is required at hire.
* ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.
