Key responsibilities include performing diagnostic testing procedures, administering medications, communicating patient conditions to healthcare teams, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The Pulmonary Health Coordinator also educates patients and families on self-care techniques and ensures optimal patient safety. This role acts as a resource to CRT staff and may participate in special clinical projects or assignments as designated by leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostic testing procedures and interpret results accurately.
- Administer medications safely and effectively, ensuring timely re-evaluation as needed.
- Communicate patient conditions and progress to healthcare teams and educate patients and families on self-care techniques.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify areas for process improvement.
- Act as a resource to CRT staff and participate in special clinical projects or assignments.

Requirements:

- Graduate degree from a NBRC-approved program in a related field.
- RRT certification and licensure in good standing.
- BLS certification and any additional certifications as required.
