Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic testing procedures and interpret results accurately.
- Administer medications safely and effectively, ensuring timely re-evaluation as needed.
- Communicate patient conditions and progress to healthcare teams and educate patients and families on self-care techniques.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify areas for process improvement.
- Act as a resource to CRT staff and participate in special clinical projects or assignments.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree from a NBRC-approved program in a related field.
- RRT certification and licensure in good standing.
- BLS certification and any additional certifications as required.
