Position Overview
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Metal-Fab, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sheet metal fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Import and create components utilizing SolidWorks software.
- Re-engineer existing parts to improve fabrication efficiency.
- Design and develop fixtures to maintain and verify precise tolerances during production.
- Draft detailed sheet metal components and assemblies to produce clear and accurate shop drawings.
- Conduct flat shear size calculations and create DXF files for manufacturing purposes.
- Utilize programming software to generate G code for laser cutting operations.

Qualifications
- Proficient in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and component creation.
- Strong drafting capabilities with an emphasis on precision sheet metal parts and assemblies.
