Cleanliness Coordinator

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes quality, customer satisfaction, and employee growth. As a Unit Director, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and security in assigned buildings.

This Bench position provides management support to new and existing SSC accounts in K-12 or higher education settings. Travel is required, and relocation outside of the listed location may be necessary.

1. Coordinate Cleaning Operations: Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services.
2. Schedule Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is maintained and in working order.
3. Manage Supplies: Take periodic inventories of supplies and materials to ensure sufficient quantities.

• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams, motivating staff, and driving results.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with janitorial staff, building occupants, and administrators.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
