Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our team at Command7 LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional landscape maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties requiring weekly landscape services
  • Supervise and support a small landscape crew across a large local region
  • Oversee on-site operations to meet customer service level agreements (SLAs) and provide day-to-day management as needed
  • Effectively communicate service updates to customers and management
  • Ensure timely submission of check-ins and support documentation using the FieldTeam Mobile app
  • Monitor and track crew performance to ensure work is completed on time and to scope, based on established frequencies and SLAs
  • Manage and resolve escalated and complex customer and service provider issues
  • Provide ongoing field training to crew members as needed
  • Conduct site inspections as required
  • Approve crew employee time cards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Execute employee performance reviews and facilitate disciplinary actions
  • Be available for on-call customer inquiries
  • Respond to customer service team inquiries and provide timely follow-up
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping industry
  • Valid driver's license with no DUI, able to drive a truck with trailer and equipment
  • 2+ years of experience in irrigation systems repair and management
  • Small engine repair experience preferred
