Surgical Nursing Opportunities in Washington State

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Nurse to join our team at Mercy Hospital Washington. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care on a 30-bed Medical/Surgical Unit, working with a diverse patient population.
About the RoleThis position offers a competitive salary of $ $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical and surgical conditions, including GI, Oncology, UTI, Dehydration, Pneumonia, COPD, Wounds, and Post-Op care.
- Collaborate with Patient Care Associates to ensure effective patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments administered.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in Medical Surgical nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Possess a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly and stand for prolonged periods.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification and BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
