Property Manager II

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 281-unit Mt. Vernon apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the operating budget to control expenses and meet financial objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a marketing strategy to maximize resident retention and attract new residents.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and develop qualified staff to achieve project goals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete and submit records, reports, and documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in residential or commercial facilities management.
  • Experience with PC-based word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Demonstrated supervisory potential.
  • Able to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
  • Excellent communication and reading comprehension skills.
